Philosophy and Approach
I view therapy as a process of exploring with clients what is working, what is not working, and what changes can occur to create the life you envision for yourself. Because every person's life story is unique, I incorporate different approaches to best meet your needs.
I use an integrative approach to treatment, utilizing several theoretical models, such as Adlerian, cognitive behavioral therapy, systems theory, narrative, and brief solution-focused. Additionally, I incorporate emerging neuroscience and mind-body research to support and enhance the change process. Through this collective lens, I view clients from a positive, strength-based perspective.
The therapy process is collaborative and engaging. I aim to provide my clients with a safe space to access and better utilize their innate strengths, develop new skills, and invite new perspectives to create lasting change.
